Midas - Legacy Golden Touch in Salt Lake City and Ogden, UT, seeks a driven District Manager to lead and grow multiple Midas auto service locations. You will inspire high‑performing teams, drive sales, and uphold brand standards across the district.

The role requires strong multi‑unit leadership, P&L insight, and a hands‑on approach to developing store managers and service teams. Travel within the district is expected; automotive knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in automotive or retail services.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Solid understanding of P&L management and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Automotive service industry knowledge is a strong plus; travel between district locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Midas locations within the district.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store managers and service teams.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability across all locations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of quality automotive service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze financial reports, and implement improvement strategies.
• Enforce compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and brand guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with store teams, vendors, and the local community.
