Job summary

Midas - Legacy Golden Touch is seeking a District Manager to lead and grow our Midas Auto service locations in the Salt Lake and Ogden, UT area. You will guide operations across multiple sites, driving service quality, sales, and profitability.

The role requires proven multi-unit management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel regularly within the district to coach teams and ensure brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in automotive or retail services
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational performance
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Solid understanding of P&L management and financial reporting
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Automotive service industry knowledge is a strong plus
• Ability to travel regularly between locations within the district

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Midas locations within the district
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop store managers and service teams
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability across all locations
• Ensure consistent delivery of quality automotive service and customer satisfaction
• Monitor KPIs, analyze financial reports, and implement improvement strategies
• Enforce compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and brand guidelines
• Build strong relationships with store teams, vendors, and the local community
