Job summary

DRB Homes is seeking a senior finance leader to manage the Orlando division's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and feasibility analyses. This hands‑on role collaborates with the Division President, the SVP Finance, CFO and senior executives to align financial and operational priorities for growth.

You will oversee financial reporting, develop the annual business plan and provide strategic guidance on cost controls, land development analyses and procurement data accuracy to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with 6–10 years in accounting/finance management.
• CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
• Homebuilding, real estate or land development experience required.
• Experience leading finance teams and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees regular financial reporting for the division operations and budget variance analysis.
• Leads annual business planning and quarterly forecasts.
• Prepares division financial feasibility studies for land purchases.
• Provides financial guidance to the Division President and executives.
• Ensures cost controls and procurement data accuracy from a finance perspective.
