The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics and 2–5 years in financial analysis or FP&A, preferably in homebuilding or real estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of financial analysis, FP&A, or related experience; homebuilding or real estate industry preferred.
• Strong Excel/Office skills and ability to learn new programs quickly.
• Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow, and financial statement structure.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial performance reports, highlighting key variances, trends, and risks.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, pricing strategies, and investments.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, long-range plans, and periodic reforecasts.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across internal systems and reports.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies.
• Present financial insights to leadership in a clear and actionable format.
• Maintain compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
• Partner with cross‑collaborative teams to ensure alignment of financial assumptions.
• Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase goodwill and profit of the company.
