D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilder in the U.S., is seeking a Region Financial Analyst to support the Region CFO. You will conduct quantitative analyses of division financial information, audit budgets and projected costs on existing projects, and perform financial research on assigned initiatives.

This role requires 2–5 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to travel overnight. Build your future with a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
• The noise level is generally moderate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and analyses required by the Region CFO.
• Assist the Region CFO and Region Controller to consolidate the Regional Business Plan.
• Maintain the capital allocation forecast for all divisions in the region.
• Review proposed off-balance sheet land acquisitions and work with divisions on forecasting model.
• Provide critical financial analysis to the Region CFO.
• Monitor divisional performance in key metrics vs. Budget and Prior Year.
• Communicate accounting needs effectively with others in non-financial roles.
• Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
• Ability to travel overnight.
• Responsible for weekly and quarterly reports to the Region CFO.
• Assist the Region CFO with annual budget and updates.
