Job summary

Corning Inc. is seeking a Division Controller to serve as the senior finance leader and trusted business partner to the Division Leadership Team.

This role provides overall financial leadership for a manufacturing division with ~ $3B in annual revenue, 4,000+ employees, and three major sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• 10+ years in finance leadership supporting manufacturing, industrial, or capital-intensive operations.
• Proven experience leading finance operations including FP&A, budgeting, reporting, and performance management.
• Experience supporting manufacturing organizations with >$1B annual revenue and multiple sites.
• Capital investment, expansion, acquisition, or growth experience.
• Proven internal controls development and measurable performance improvements.
• Experience evaluating strategic investments and risk to support long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance management.
• Drive internal controls, financial reporting, compliance, and business processes.
• Provide financial leadership on capital investments, expansions, acquisitions, and portfolio decisions.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, operations, and supply chain to improve productivity and ROIC.
• Develop and coach a high-performing finance organization.
