Job summary

Owens Corning Fort Mill, SC seeks a Plant Controller to lead plant finance, partner with the Plant Leader, and drive profitability, cost control, and SOX compliance.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, KPI dashboards, and capital investment analysis, while coaching teams and advancing safety and operational excellence across the site.

This on-site role requires strong financial acumen, manufacturing costing knowledge, and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years operating in varied economic conditions with forecasting and risk analysis.
• Proven leadership within a manufacturing organization including planning and investment analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan and monthly forecasting.
• Oversee monthly close, inventory valuation, accruals, and reporting.
• Develop KPI scorecards linking safety, quality, service, productivity, cost, and financial outcomes.
• Drive SAP implementation, stabilization, and process improvement.
• Evaluate capital investments using ROI/NPV and track project benefits.
