Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. is seeking a Division Controller to own the financial performance management for the division.

The role reports to the Division President and oversees accounting, reporting, planning, and controls to drive profitability and shareholder value. The Division Controller will lead the monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory control, and analysis with close collaboration across senior finance leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical accounting expertise and business acumen.
• Experience leading month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the division's month-end close and financial reporting process.
• Own budgeting and forecasting for the division, including variance analysis.
• Develop profitability reporting by product line, SKU, customer, and channel.
• Monitor working capital, inventory, and intercompany accounts; ensure compliance with US GAAP.
