You will partner with division leadership to guide investments, forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring robust financial stewardship and value creation across manufacturing and supply chain functions. The role requires a strong track record in capital-intensive industries, strategic financial analysis, and developing high-performing teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
15+ years progressive finance leadership experience within global organizations.
10+ years leading finance operations in manufacturing, industrial, or capital-intensive sectors.
Experience building internal controls and driving performance improvements.
Experience evaluating investments, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic finance leader to Division Leadership, translating insights into recommendations.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting, and accounting operations; improve controls and processes.
Shape business strategy with market/demand insights and ROI considerations for capital projects and portfolio decisions.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, operations, and supply chain to boost productivity and asset utilization.
Coach and develop a high-performing finance organization across multiple disciplines.
