Southland Steel Fabricators, Inc. is seeking a Divisional Controller to lead the financial close for the assigned division, partnering with the President and CFO to optimize profitability and working capital.

The role requires strong accounting leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to cost control and reporting. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for production, project management, and commercial teams, ensuring accurate reporting and robust

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years of experience in a controller or accounting leadership role in manufacturing or project-based environments.
• Hands-on accounting experience with GAAP, close processes, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with accounting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead divisional month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Prepare and present divisional financial results with variances explained.
• Oversee budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial reporting in partnership with leadership.
• Translate production schedules and project backlogs into revenue and cash forecasts.
• Support pricing, capital expenditures, staffing, and make-vs-buy decisions with financial analysis.
