Advocate Health is seeking a Manager, Division Executive & Internal Communications for Illinois & Wisconsin to bridge enterprise strategy with division leaders and teammates. You will translate priorities into clear messaging, support executive communications, and drive organizational change across both divisions.

Formación

• 3–7 years of progressive experience in strategic/internal/executive communications.
• Experience developing and executing communication plans for priorities, transformation and leadership messaging.
• Ability to translate complex business priorities into clear content for diverse audiences.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Experience advising senior leaders and managing change communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with division objectives and enterprise direction.
• Partner with division leaders to support executive and internal communications for key priorities.
• Translate complex information into clear, concise communications for diverse audiences.
• Create executive and leader communication materials.
• Develop engagement and change communication strategies.
• Collaborate with People Operations and activation events to develop communications across channels.
• Create stories linking local accomplishments to Advocate Health narrative.
• Maintain consistency across divisions while tailoring messaging.
• Support listening and two-way communication strategies incorporating teammate feedback.
• Coordinate messaging across division, area and enterprise communications teams.
• Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
• Apply sound judgment, discretion and risk awareness in sensitive communications.
