Advocate Health in North Carolina & Georgia Division is seeking a Director of Division Executive & Internal Communications to shape how priorities, strategy, and transformation are communicated across our NC & GA division.

The role partners with senior leaders to translate complex business goals into clear, compelling messages, driving engagement and trust across Greater Charlotte, Rural, Wake, and Georgia, while aligning local priorities with enterprise strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive strategic communications experience.
• Experience in internal and executive communications within a large, complex organization.
• Proven ability to translate complex business priorities into clear messages.
• Strong storytelling and leadership advisory capabilities.
• Experience guiding organizational transformation and change initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop internal and executive communication strategies aligned with division objectives.
• Advise senior leaders during organizational change and strategic initiatives.
• Build engagement and change communication plans to activate leaders.
• Translate complex priorities into clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Lead executive communications across leadership forums and events.
• Create messaging, talking points, presentations, emails, and videos.
• Collaborate with People Operations to activate communications across channels.
• Measure impact and use insights to improve effectiveness.
• Promote strategic partnership and continuous improvement.
