Job summary

Midwest Physicians Administrative Services, LLC dba Duly Health and Care is seeking a Communications Manager to lead internal communications and support enterprise PR for a multi-site workforce. This hands-on role partners with executives to translate business priorities into clear messages and works with consumer PR and marketing teams to align enterprise narratives.

The position is hybrid, based at our Downers Grove, IL office, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, reporting to the Executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or related field required.
• 8+ years of progressive communications experience, with significant depth in internal communications.
• Experience writing for senior leaders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Leads internal communications strategy and manages core employee channels.
• Develops and executes internal communications strategy for operations and leadership audiences.
• Owns and manages core internal channels (intranet, employee newsletters, leadership email, town halls).
• Writes and edits high-volume content including announcements, leadership messages, FAQs, talking points, presentations, and manager toolkits.
• Maintains a communications calendar coordinating messaging across departments.
