Advocate Health is seeking an Associate Vice President Internal Communications & Activation to shape internal communication strategy across the Wisconsin division while aligning with enterprise priorities. The role reports to senior leaders and translates complex strategies into clear messages that connect teammates to direction and culture.

The AVP will lead strategic communication, leadership messaging, crisis communication, storytelling, and engagement initiatives across the division,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic communications with focus on internal communications and change management.
• Proven success developing and executing communication and change strategies within a large, complex organization.
• Experience advising senior executives and collaborating across functions such as People & Culture, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and other departments.
• Strong consultative and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and build trust.

• Develop and implement division communication strategies and activation activities aligned with business objectives and enterprise direction.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, guiding internal messaging during organizational change and crises.
• Lead creation and execution of people and change communication plans to support leadership activation and teammate engagement.
• Translate complex business strategies into clear, concise messages for internal audiences.
• Distribute multimedia content across internal channels (intranet, email, town halls, video, print).
• Develop division activation experiences including leadership events and town halls.
