McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Division Buyer to manage procurement and inventory for the New Jersey distribution center servicing Wawa Stores. The role requires collaboration with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to optimize service levels and inventory turns.

Responsibilities include analyzing trends, reviewing reports, and assisting with seasonal planning, overstock resolution, and invoice discrepancies. A Bachelor's degree and buying background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related major.
• Purchasing or inventory management background preferred.
• Management and supervisory experience preferred; some sales experience helpful.
• Distributor or wholesale background.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Access.
• Excellent communication, time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at work level.

Responsabilités

• Procure and manage inventory for the distribution center serving Wawa Stores.
• Work with suppliers, brokers, and customers including internal teams.
• Analyze sales and purchasing trends to plan seasonal strategies.
• Review service levels, DSII reporting, and inventory adjustments.
• Support purchasing, online distributions, and overstock resolution.
• Address invoice discrepancies and assist in seasonal planning.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance improvements.
