Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager at our Hebron Estates facility to maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate replenishment based on historical data and future projections.

You will lead reclamation processes, work with MBIS interfaces, and support merchandising teams on inventory pickups for new business, emphasizing data accuracy and system stability. Qualifications include a bachelor’s in business, 3 years of grocery procurement experience, 1 year procurement

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor's degree in business or a related major.
• Have at least 3 years of prior grocery procurement experience.
• Have at least 1 year of prior procurement management.
• Transportation experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and proficiency on merchandising systems such as DCS2000, SSYO, or INFOPAC.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a practical level for safety and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reclamation processes and coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams.
• Oversee MBIS data feed timing, changes, and issue resolution.
• Maintain system stability and determine training vs. system issues; coordinate with MBIS team.
• Participate in project development, requirements, testing, and implementation.
• Support merchandising and divisions with inventory pickups for new business opportunities.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
