Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Data Management and Logistics Senior Professional to support procurement, replenishment, and logistics across its store network.

The role ensures master data integrity and governance enabling seamless product flow from suppliers to stores. Collaboration with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, Operations, and external suppliers is essential to drive efficiency and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related business discipline preferred.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of Master Data experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in SAP; experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Experience with RELEX or other forecasting, replenishment, or supply planning systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vendor, article, and store level data to determine all logistical requirements and ensure a seamless replenishment process.
• Partner with Merchandising on new product initiatives, promotions and programs to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Lead the collection, validation, maintenance, and communication of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) vendor delivery schedules in RELEX.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships and KPI data to ensure value delivery.
• Resolve ordering/receiving issues from store operations and vendors with authority to take action.
• Establish and maintain data governance standards and sustainable processes to ensure data quality and integrity across enterprise systems.
