Formación

• 8 years of relevant leadership experience in diversity, equity and inclusion or related fields.
• Strong time-management and bias toward action are essential.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating general expertise are required.
• Proven leadership guiding manager-level initiatives.
• Ability to translate leadership complexity for non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor work quality and flag issues early.
• Know when to call a relationship in Great Falls rather than email.
• Streamline facilitation processes that are outdated.
• Identify and address Work-Life Balance gaps before they show on dashboards.
• Build and sustain cross-department relationships.
• Tie leadership initiatives to GrowthLab Inc. metrics.
