Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships across time zones.
• Proven accountability and ability to drive metrics that leadership can act on.
• Comfort defending recommendations in front of skeptics; communicate candor constructively.
• Strong networking skills, ideally with a Vancouver, WA network or the hustle to build one.

Responsibilities

• Carry the People Management thread across three time zones and two tools
• Keep GrowthLab Inc leadership honest with numbers they can act on
• Trade quick wins for (proudly-imperfect) fixes when the math favors patience
• Stitch together Cross-Functional Collaboration and Conflict Resolution into one coherent workflow
• Communicate progress, blockers, and results to stakeholders and leadership
• Support daily operations at our Vancouver site and keep workflows moving
• Keep a steady hand on GrowthLab Inc accounts when volume spikes
• Spot where Organization breaks before it shows up in a dashboard
