Metro Nashville Public Schools seeks a Data Systems Manager II to lead CCR data initiatives and manage a team of data analysts/architects. You will drive strategic planning, project management, and end-to-end implementation of district-wide data systems aligned to Postsecondary Readiness priorities.

The role requires a high-level systems thinker who can oversee budgets, resources, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable solutions across the district.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in data systems or project management is required.

Mansioni

• Lead data analysts/architects and set strategic priorities.
• Manage CCR and Strategy data initiatives from design to rollout.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and vendor deliverables.
• Coordinate with school leaders and stakeholders on needs and priorities.
• Plan end-to-end implementations with pilots, testing and scaling.
• Drive data-informed decision making and system usability improvements.
