Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is seeking an Information Systems Operations Analyst to supervise staff, design and support IT services, including servers, email and desktops, for Waste Services and other departments in Davidson County.

The role requires strong IT project management experience, the ability to meet customer needs, and on-site support responsibilities with regular training and reporting duties.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in Information Technology Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and assign work.
• Evaluate employee performance and interpret rules.
• Design, develop, and modify IT systems to meet customer needs.
• Provide on-site IT support to departments as needed.
• Train customers to use systems and prepare reports.
