Responsibilities include advising on data workflows, optimizing storage, and delivering clear technical documentation, with a strong emphasis on enterprise analytics and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Five (5) years of experience in data processing operations, applications, PC network support, or related areas.
• Additional IT-related degree in lieu of experience (1:1 ratio).
• Accreditations earned in a foreign institute are encouraged to apply.

Aufgaben

• Serves as a subject-matter expert on data management, application functionality and system integration.
• Identifies, analyzes and leads resolution of high-impact technical problems to enhance Metro information systems.
• Consults with departments to assess business requirements, identify data gaps, and recommend workflow improvements.
• Researches emerging technologies to support modernization and strategic planning.
• Leads or contributes to multi-departmental projects ensuring alignment with data standards and policies.
• Prepares technical documentation including RFPs, proposals, system specifications and executive reports.
• Communicates complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Designs, develops, and maintains database/data-warehouse structures for analytics and reporting.
