Job summary

Vontier seeks an Automotive Sales Manager (District Manager) to coach mobile tool distributors in the Corpus Christi region and drive sales growth. You will recruit, train, and support franchisees, analyze data, and lead territory improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Willingness to travel up to 5 hours a day with overnights.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Bachelor’s degree desirable for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily coaching to franchise owners on pre-scheduled route sales calls.
• Offer ongoing sales and business management coaching to distributors.
• Analyze business data to guide performance and improve operations.
• Recruit and qualify potential franchisee prospects for open territories.
• Present and sell the franchise to prospects; handle objections.
