Job summary

Third Coast Distributing is seeking a District Manager to lead 9–12 stores in South/Central Texas. You will coach Store Managers, set goals, drive profitability, monitor metrics, and ensure execution of standards across locations.

You should have 4+ years in automotive aftermarket multi-store management, strong leadership, and the ability to travel frequently (>50%). A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in the automotive after-market service industry; multi-unit store management preferred.
• Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems.
• Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills.
• Travel is expected to be >50% of working time with regular store visits; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive district-wide sales growth by executing business strategies and identifying market opportunities.
• Maximize district profitability through management of sales, labor, expenses, and inventory.
• Provide leadership to store management teams and align with company goals.
• Analyze key metrics and financial reports to improve district performance.
• Ensure consistent execution of initiatives, standards, and customer service across locations.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain store leaders and build succession pipelines.
• Monitor operations for policy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with store leadership to improve sales, customer experience, and engagement.
• Foster a customer-focused culture that enhances brand reputation and growth.
