Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a District Team Leader to oversee overall store operations in the designated district. You will direct and support store leadership teams to meet or exceed sales, inventory, staffing, customer service, and profitability goals.

The role requires leading planning, coaching, and development of Team Leaders, ensuring compliance with policies, and coordinating with other functions to optimize results across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years retail supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage in a professional work environment.
• Efficient planning, prioritization and implementation of detailed instructions.
• Ability to learn and communicate new information to associates.
• Comprehension of selling and service skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Financial oversight of all sales and profit goals.
• Develop and implement merchandising and store standards strategies.
• Execute programs for inventory control, shipping/receiving, labor, expenses and shrink.
• Achieve operational excellence against KPIs and district results.
• Develop plans to maximize sales and profit meeting goals by analyzing trends.
• Ensure compliance with policies via store visits and reporting.
• Support Team Leaders and create a team-oriented environment.
• Lead coaching, training and development of leaders.
