Ollie is seeking a District Team Leader to manage store operations across the designated district, guiding store leadership teams to achieve sales, inventory, staffing, and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years retail supervisory experience.
• Strong planning, prioritization and execution of detailed tasks.
• Ability to train and communicate new processes to staff.
• Excellent selling and service skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district store operations: sales, inventory, staffing and profitability.
• Lead store leadership teams to achieve business results.
• Develop merchandising strategies and store standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies through visits, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate hiring, coaching and development of Team Leaders.
• Travel within assigned district for meetings; some overnight travel may be required.
