Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: two- or four-year business-related degree.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store operations within the district, guiding sales, inventory, staffing and customer service to achieve profitability.
• Develop and implement merchandising and store standards across locations.
• Execute company programs for inventory control, shipping/receiving, labor efficiency and shrink reduction.
• Monitor KPIs, forecast district performance, and adapt plans to maximize sales and profit.
• Ensure staffing needs are met through recruiting, interviewing, and training of leaders; coach and evaluate teams.
• Collaborate with merchants to ensure adequate district-level inventory and execute company initiatives.
