Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a District Team Leader to run store operations across multiple locations in the designated district. You will direct leadership teams to hit sales, inventory, and profitability targets.

Responsibilities include merchandising, staffing, coaching, and executing company programs. Travel within the district and strong leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Higher education in business management preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 5 years retail supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage in a professional work environment.
• Efficient planning, prioritization and execution of detailed instructions.
• Ability to learn and communicate new information to associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district store operations to achieve sales and profitability.
• Develop merchandising strategies and store standards.
• Manage inventory control, shipping/receiving, labor usage and shrink.
• Ensure policy compliance through regular store visits and reporting.
• Develop and support a team-oriented environment with Store Team Leaders.
• Recruit, interview and select candidates to meet staffing needs.
• Forecast district performance and plan for growth.

Education
