Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. seeks a District Team Leader to manage store operations across designated North Carolina locations, driving sales, inventory control, staffing, customer service, and profitability.

You will lead leadership teams, implement merchandising standards, and ensure compliance with company programs and policies. Requires at least 5 years of retail supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Higher education in business management preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years retail supervisory experience in mid-size to large retail environment.
• Ability to manage in a professional work environment with strong planning skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee overall store operations across assigned district.
• Lead and support store leadership teams to achieve sales, inventory, staffing, customer service and profitability targets.
• Develop and implement merchandising and store standards; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs, implement plans to maximize sales and profit, and analyze trends for location opportunities.
• Coordinate with Loss Prevention, Inventory Control, and Store Operations for efficient operations.
• Hire, train, and develop team leaders; participate in Ollie’s Leadership Institute and referral programs.
• Travel within the district for meetings and store visits; maintain staffing and leadership development.
