Job summary

Soma is seeking an experienced Field Manager to lead a district of stores in the Atlanta area. You will develop leadership capabilities, drive store performance, and model exceptional hospitality, experiences, and relationships with customers and partners.

You will partner with senior field leadership to implement company initiatives, optimize operations, and grow revenue while maintaining a people-first culture that empowers store teams to exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• High School degree required.
• 5+ years of multi-store leadership experience within specialty retail preferred.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and delight customers, build trust with business partners, and foster a team environment.
• Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, tablets/mobile devices, social media.

Responsibilities

• Provides hospitable leadership for store associates and customers.
• Develops strategic leadership and business acumen in store leaders.
• Partners with senior field leadership to ensure consistency in brand expression, selling culture, and operations.
• Demonstrates strategic leadership and encourages smart risk-taking and innovation.
• Builds relationships across business units and with customers.
• Drives district performance and EBITDA through effective expense and payroll controls.
• Models accountability, guides professional development, and creates a bench for the future.
