Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Alpharetta, GA to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model exceptional hospitality. You will drive brand standards and a welcoming, customer‑centered environment that goes beyond transactions to create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, coaching, product knowledge sharing, and omni-channel execution. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
