SpinXpress Laundry in Brownsville, TX is seeking a District Team Lead to guide several store locations and inspire high-performing teams. You’ll oversee daily operations, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming, customer-focused culture.

This hands-on leadership role rewards initiative, collaboration, and growth as the company expands its Fresh and Commercial divisions while delivering outstanding service to communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in operations or related fields.
• Strong experience in retail or food service industries.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Leadership and development capabilities.
• Understanding of budgeting and accounting basics.
• Ability to lead management teams with direction.
• Proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create a workplace culture aligned with SpinXpress's goals and articulate mission, vision, and values.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop managers and attendants.
• Develop the team to achieve customer and operational excellence.
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis.
• Develop HR-compliant procedures.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including onboarding.
• Empower employees with accountability and feedback.
• Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and goals.
• Manage schedules including training, call-ins, overtime.
• Develop and implement processes to sustain operational excellence.
