Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and ability to read/interpret directives.
• Previous store management experience in retail, grocery, or drugstore preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and activities.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize and stock merchandise from delivery to floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain storefront fixtures and displays for promotional impact.
• Assist in ordering, damaged goods processing, payroll/scheduling, and cash handling.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and safe; protect assets.
• Supervise and train Store Associates; uphold policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
