Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a District Team Leader to oversee store operations across multiple Texas locations, including Katy. You will guide store leadership teams to achieve sales, inventory control, staffing, customer service and profitability.

Responsibilities include financial oversight, merchandising strategy, inventory management, labor optimization, coaching and developing leaders, and ensuring policy compliance across the district. Travel within the district is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Higher education in business management preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years retail supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage in a professional work environment.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.
• Ability to train and communicate new processes to associates.

Responsibilities

• Financial oversight of all sales and profit goals.
• Develop and implement strategies for merchandising and store standards.
• Execute programs for inventory control, shipping/receiving and labor efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies and drive KPI-focused results.
• Lead coaching, training and development of store leaders.
• Oversee staffing and recruiting within district.
