Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Roswell, GA is seeking a District Shift Leader as part of a GM development path. You will manage a bakery location, lead teams, and prepare to step into a General Manager role as openings arise.

Expect early start times, hands-on coaching, and cross-bakery support in the market. You will gain experience in inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management, with a clear path to GM ownership as opportunities appear.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check and possess a valid driver's license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by end of GM development plan.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations at the home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for the teams.
• Assist with inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management as part of GM development.
• Assist in scheduling and recruiting quality team members.
