Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Atlanta is seeking a District Shift Leader who will be groomed to become a General Manager. You’ll manage daily operations, lead by example, train teams, and support nearby bakeries within the market. Early 3am starts are common, with travel between locations as needed to drive performance.

The role emphasizes leadership development, operating knowledge, and a path to GM ownership when available. A strong work ethic and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program must be completed by end of the GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead management duties at home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Adapt to early start shifts beginning as early as 3am.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training for teams and act as a brand ambassador.
• Learn to manage inventory, vendor orders, cash handling, and P&L analysis to hit food cost and labor targets.
