Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Ellisville, MO is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a targeted General Manager development plan, with the goal of eventually leading a bakery as GM when a position opens. The role involves leading shifts, coaching teams, and supporting other bakeries in the market.

As a District Shift Leader, you will supervise home location operations, travel to assist nearby stores, and ensure high-quality food and a safe, clean environment. Shifts start as early as 3am.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not already obtained.

Responsibilities

• Lead district-wide shifts at home location and support other bakeries as needed.
• Coach and train teams to ensure high-quality food and beverages and safe, clean stores.
• Participate in the GM development plan and transition to GM when available.
• Early-bird shifts begin as early as 3am to support opening duties.
