Job summary

Bagel Brands is seeking a District Shift Leader in Vestavia Hills, AL to join our Einstein Bros. Bagels family. You will participate in a General Manager development plan and rotate to support other bakeries in the market, with shifts starting as early as 3am to open stores.

In this role you lead by example, coach teams, manage basic operations and learn P&L basics, food cost, scheduling, and recruiting. A strong leadership background and ServSafe certification are desired.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the market to support other locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach store teams.
• Support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Perform early shift duties, including opening responsibilities (as early as 3am).
• Learn and apply P&L analysis, food cost targets, labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting.
