Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Birmingham, AL is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan and advance to bakery GM when available. As District Shift Leader, you will manage at a home location and support other bakeries, starting shifts as early as 3am, coaching teams, and ensuring high-quality food and a safe, clean store environment.

The program includes training in inventory, vendor orders, cash management, P&L analysis, and labor targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at home location and support other bakeries as needed.
• Lead by example and provide ongoing coaching and training for teams.
• Learn inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management as GM progression.
