Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Vestavia Hills, AL is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager, motivate the team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision while upholding quality and cleanliness standards.

You will coach and provide feedback to team members, help maintain safety, and contribute to a smooth daily operation. This role offers a path to higher leadership with growth opportunities within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license preferred or required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and ensure a safe, clean store environment.
• Support scheduling and training as part of leadership development.
