You will work at a home location and assist other locations as needed, starting as early as 3am for pre-opening duties. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, inventory and cash management training as part of a GM development plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at home location and support other bakeries.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams to ensure quality and safety.
• Oversee inventory tracking, vendor orders and cash management.
• Assist with scheduling and recruiting to develop future General Managers.
