Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a District Shift Leader as part of a General Manager development track. The role leads daily bakery operations at a home location and participates in the path to becoming a General Manager when a position opens.

You will support other bakeries in the market, coach teams, and gain experience in inventory, scheduling, and cash management, with shifts starting as early as 3am.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to work varied hours including very early shifts (as early as 3am).
• Background check required and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations at the home location and assist other markets as needed.
• Provide coaching and training to teams to ensure high quality food and service.
• Support GM development with tasks like inventory, scheduling, and vendor orders.
