Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Florida is seeking a District Shift Leader to develop into a General Manager. You will lead shifts at a home bakery and support other bakeries in the market, traveling to gain experience and learn from senior leaders.

You will start early, often at 3am, coaching teams, ensuring high-quality food and a safe, clean store, and helping with inventory, scheduling, and hiring as you advance toward a GM role within the market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends (starting as early as 3am).
• Must be able to pass background check and possess a current, valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by the end of the GM development plan, if a valid certification is not already in possession.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Travel to other locations to gain experience and learn from other leaders.
• Provide coaching and training to teams to ensure quality food and service.
• Lead by example and act as brand ambassador in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee inventory tracking, scheduling, and cash management as you progress to GM.
