Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Naples, FL is seeking District Shift Leaders as part of a General Manager development plan to prepare for bakery ownership and eventual GM promotion.

You will lead at the home location and support other bakeries, start shifts as early as 3am, coach teams, ensure high quality food and a safe, clean store, and learn inventory, cash handling, and P&L as you progress toward GM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends starting as early as 3am.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by end of GM development plan.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 30 hours/week is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead management duties at the home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Travel to other locations as needed to gain experience.
• Coach and train teams to deliver high‑quality food and maintain a safe, clean store.
• Assist in inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management as you progress to GM.
• Prepare for permanent GM promotion when available.
