Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Concord, NH seeks a District Shift Leader as the next step to General Manager. You will perform management duties, support multiple bakeries, and advance through a GM development plan leading to ownership in the market.

Shifts start as early as 3am; you will coach teams, ensure quality, and maintain a safe, clean store. Training covers inventory, vendor orders, cash management, and P&L analysis as you grow into a GM role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early mornings.
• Ability to pass background check and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead at home location and support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Coach and train teams to ensure high-quality food and service.
• Assist in inventory tracking, vendor orders, and cash management as part of GM development.
