Job summary

Noah's New York Bagels is seeking the next General Manager through a District Shift Leader program. You will manage a home location, support other bakeries in the market, and progress through a GM development plan to take ownership of a bakery when a GM position opens.

Shifts begin as early as 3am for bake and opening duties. You will lead by example, coach teams, and gain skills in inventory, scheduling, and P&L management as you grow into a GM role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead at home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Coach and train teams to ensure high-quality food and service.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, cash handling, and scheduling.
