Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Casselberry, FL is seeking a District Shift Leader to support multiple locations and develop into a General Manager.

You will lead shifts, model brand standards, coach team members, and ensure high-quality food and guest service. The role requires at least a high school diploma, 2 years of leadership experience, ability to work early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends, plus a background check and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, including early hours starting around 3am, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support other locations in the market.
• Model brand standards and provide coaching and training to teams.
• Assist in restaurant administrative duties and training during GM development plan.
