Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader in Boynton Beach, FL, to learn the General Manager role through a structured development plan. The position involves managing at a home bakery and supporting other locations within the market.

You will lead by example, coach teams, and gain exposure to restaurant administration, including inventory, vendor orders, and cash handling, with potential to advance to a GM role. The role starts with early shifts and weekends as business dictates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to work early hours and weekends (as early as 3am).
• Ability to pass background check and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Complete Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not already certified.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead district GM development, serving as a GM-in-wuture across the market.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to bakery teams.
• Support inventory tracking, vendor orders and cash management during the development plan.
• Learn and apply P&L concepts, food cost, labor targets, scheduling and recruiting.
