Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Field Director Services to oversee and direct a team across a multi-district area, including DSMs, AMMs, BIMs, SMs, and RPMs. You will focus on pipeline, conversion, customer service and provider management to deliver growth and outstanding installation experiences for customers.

You will lead field associates, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive strategic execution of Home Services initiatives to meet sales targets and profitability across the region.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate proficiency in predictive modeling, data mining and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience in large-scale field leadership and analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-district field services team ( DSM, AMM, BIM, SM, RPM ).
• Drive profitability by meeting or exceeding sales plans and improving customer installation experiences.
• Analyze pipeline, conversion, revenue, gross margin, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
