Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Store Manager to lead profitable operations focused on customer service, in-stock performance, and store appearance. You will coach a team to drive sales, manage budgets, and execute strategic plans with a hands-on leadership style.

You will conduct regular store walks, run weekly staff meetings, and partner with district leadership to align on priorities. The role requires a flexible schedule and strong operational discipline to deliver results in a large retail

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years merchandising and/or operational experience
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience, preferably big box retail
• Must be eighteen years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Ability to work a flexible, minimum 55 hour weekly schedule
• No additional education

Responsibilities

• Communicate and partner with District Manager and team to drive alignment and execute strategy
• Analyze sales and financial reporting to identify opportunities and guide store team
• Conduct store walks to assess opportunities and develop improvement plans
• Lead weekly staff meetings to set goals and motivate associates
• Coach and train store management and associates on processes, merchandising and safety
• Support pilot programs and store initiatives to improve store operations and inventory control
